Please read these Terms carefully before using Guardian Hub. By creating an account or using the service you agree to be bound by these Terms.

01Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Customer", "you") and Bluix Group Ltd, registered in England and Wales ("Bluix", "we", "us"), governing your use of the Guardian Hub platform and all related services available at guardianplug.com (the "Service").

If you are accepting these Terms on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity, and "you" will refer to that entity.

By registering an account, clicking "I agree", or otherwise accessing the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

02Service description

Guardian Hub is a SaaS platform that enables subscribers to monitor, manage, update, and automate multiple WordPress websites from a single dashboard. The Service includes, depending on the subscription plan:

  • Multi-site WordPress monitoring and management
  • Automated plugin, theme, and core updates
  • Security scanning and uptime monitoring
  • Performance reporting
  • Backup orchestration
  • AI-assisted automation features (Autopilot WP)
  • Client reporting tools

We reserve the right to modify, add, or remove features at any time, subject to Section 13 (Changes).

03Eligibility & accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a legally binding contract to use the Service. The Service is intended for professional use by individuals and businesses.

Account security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately at security@guardianplug.com of any unauthorised use.

Accurate information

You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information at registration and to keep it updated.

Billing cycle

Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance. Annual plans are discounted as displayed at checkout. All prices are in EUR and exclude applicable VAT/taxes.

Payment

We use Stripe as our payment processor. By providing payment details, you authorise Stripe to charge your payment method on each renewal date. Failed payments may result in service suspension after a grace period of 7 days.

Price changes

We will give at least 30 days' notice before changing subscription prices. Your continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the new price.

Taxes

You are responsible for all applicable taxes. Where required by law, we will collect VAT using Stripe Tax. EU customers may provide a valid VAT number for reverse-charge treatment.

05Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Violate any applicable law or regulation
  • Manage websites that host illegal content, malware, or spam
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any system
  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service
  • Scrape or crawl the Service by automated means without written permission
  • Resell or sublicense the Service without prior written agreement
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
  • Use the Service in a way that infringes third-party intellectual property rights

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate this policy without notice.

06Intellectual property

Our IP

Guardian Hub, its source code, design, trademarks, and content are owned by Bluix Group Ltd or its licensors. These Terms do not grant you any rights in our intellectual property other than a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service during an active subscription.

Your IP

You retain all rights to data, content, and materials you upload or connect to the Service. You grant us a limited licence to process your data solely to provide the Service.

Feedback

Any suggestions or feedback you provide may be used by us without restriction or compensation.

07Your data

We process your data as described in our Privacy Policy and Data Processing Agreement (DPA). You remain the data controller for any personal data within WordPress sites you manage through the Service.

We implement industry-standard security measures. However, no system is perfectly secure. We are not liable for unauthorised access to data resulting from events outside our reasonable control.

08Third-party services

The Service integrates with or links to third-party services (e.g. Stripe, Cloudflare). Such services are governed by their own terms. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or practices of third-party services.

09Warranties & disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bluix Group Ltd disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from harmful components.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any liability that cannot be excluded by law (including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud).

10Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising out of or related to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

In no event shall we be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business interruption.

11Termination

By you

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. See our Refund Policy for details.

By us

We may suspend or terminate your account immediately for breach of these Terms, non-payment, or where required by law. We will provide reasonable notice where possible.

Effect of termination

Upon termination you will lose access to the Service. We will retain your data for 30 days after termination, during which you may request an export. After that period, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

12Governing law & disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, except where mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence apply.

For EU consumers, the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform is available at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

13Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. For material changes we will provide at least 14 days' notice by email and/or dashboard notification. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance. If you do not agree to the changes, you may cancel your subscription before the effective date.
